Awhina is a group of Maori agribusinesses who have a history of over 26 years of working together as a collective. Awhina Group is about enduring relationships with like-minded people who are aligned in thought and action to foster a collective approach for collective benefit.

Awhina Group members represent the interests of a very large number of owners who collectively own 120,000 hectares that includes 70,000ha of farm land and 16,000ha of forestry.
